What are the requirements for Nusuk Hajj photos?

Nusuk currently asks for a JPEG/JPG photo of 480x640 pixels between 200KB and 300KB, with a pure white background. The earlier standard was 200x200 pixels under 18KB. Our tool delivers your photo in both sizes, so you are ready for either.

Which of the two photos should I upload?

Upload the 480x640 photo for now. The Nusuk platform is going through a reset and currently asks for that size. If Nusuk changes back to 200x200 pixels, upload the 200x200 photo instead. That is why every order includes both.

Why was my photo rejected?

Rejections can happen for various reasons including poor lighting, face covered by accessories, or low resolution of the original upload. If your photo was rejected due to technical dimensions or background issues that our tool claimed to fix, please contact us for a refund.

Is this service affiliated with the Saudi Government?

No. We are a private, independent utility tool designed to help pilgrims format their photos correctly. We are not affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

How do I download my photo?

After processing is complete, you will see both photos with a download button under each: 'Download 480x640' and 'Download 200x200'. Both files are also sent to your email with your receipt.

Can I use a selfie?

Yes, as long as it is clear, well-lit, and you are facing the camera directly. Ensure your shoulders are visible.
