We are an independent utility and are NOT affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or the official Nusuk platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that the photo you upload is of yourself or a person for whom you have permission to process data. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
We offer a money-back guarantee if the photo generated by our service is rejected by the Nusuk portal for technical reasons (dimensions, background color, or file size). Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
The service is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every photo will be accepted by third-party authorities, as their requirements or enforcement may change.
