Welcome to Nusuk Hajj Photos. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our photo service, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and how long we keep it.

2. The Data We Collect

We collect and process the following personal data:

• Photos: the photo you upload, and the finished photos we make from it.
• Contact and order details: your email address and the details on your receipt.
• Payment details: your payment is handled by Stripe. We only see the card brand and the last four digits, never your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact or rejected-photo forms, including attached files.
• Usage data: basic information about how you use the website, collected with Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to:

• Make your photos with AI and deliver them to you.
• Email you your photos and your receipt.
• Handle corrections, refunds and support requests.
• Measure and improve the website and our advertising.

We do not sell your personal data or your photos.

4. Who Processes Your Data

We use trusted providers to run the service:

• Google (Gemini API): your uploaded photo is sent to Google's Gemini AI, which makes the finished photos.
• Stripe: processes your card payment.
• Netlify: hosts the website and runs our photo processing.
• Our email provider: delivers your order email.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads: measure visits and advertising.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Our website does not keep your uploaded photo after your photos are made. Google may keep data sent to the Gemini API for a limited time under its own terms, for example to detect abuse.

A copy of your order email, including your finished photos, is kept in our mailbox so we can resend your photos, handle corrections and refunds, and keep accounting records. Stripe keeps the payment records.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, including the photos in your order email, by writing to mail@nusukphotos.com. Some records, such as receipts, may have to be kept for accounting reasons.

7. Data Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to your data to what is needed to provide the service.
